Many healthcare providers, including residential aged care facilities, NDIS providers, home care and community care providers, and private clients, were struggling to find the right staff who could deliver excellent care and support.
Recognizing this gap, we, a team of Registered Nurses with deep industry experience and knowledge, laid the foundation of United Nursing Agency. Our goal was to ensure all clients who needed professional, reliable, and compassionate care staff, food service assistants, cleaners, and nurses could access them without any hassles.
We started by establishing a rigorous recruitment process, selecting only the best and most dedicated professionals to be a part of our team.
